Natural Diabetes Treatment – How much Oil Do You Need To Take Every Day?
The minimum amount of coconut oil you need to have every day for it to be effective is 3 tablespoons taken in divided doses throughout the day. However, because you can’t actually “overdose” on coconut oil you can safely take more if you want to. But having said that, it’s always a good idea to start off slowly and then gradually build up. The only mild side effect you may experience if you do happen to have too much coconut oil is a slight dose of the runs!
